BlobBUDDY2aReleaseModern.zip - Recommended for Windows Vista or later (doesn't require .NET 2.0)

NOTE: An EXE installer will be available later. I am releasing the raw ZIPs here for testing (if you find a bug, I will include you in the Credits for the EXE installer build!)
