Anyway, this is a special Agent Magic character since unlike all the other characters made with the program, he has a few custom animations made possible with the Animation Studio, which allow you to draw new frames, add and manipulate overlays, and/or warp or distort the image to your liking using multiple effects (although some don't work). You can even technically add sounds to them, change the durations of each frame, and even decide if it should add a return animation too (that is, simply playing the animation in reverse once it's done, not actually adding a new separate return animation in itself). However, changing the durations and adding sounds are glitchy as they often revert to the default 10 or don't add the sounds, but by editing the separate parameter files for each frame and ensuring you don't go back to the animation in the program or have it already opened when you edit the parameter file, you can get around the glitches. I have made four new custom animations in total: two idle animations, another GetAttention animation and another Process animation.
As for how I got this version, I simply emailed John DeFino (the creator of the program) almost a decade back to see if he still had it, as I was always curious about it ever since I learned about it as a kid. Furthermore, I'm not sure if anyone else received the Version 3 beta, meaning Doory is most likely the first ever character created with Version 3 of Agent Magic (let alone released publicly)!
And unrelated to Version 3's exclusive features, I even replaced all the graphics the other Agent Magic characters used to make the character even more custom!
Feel free to download him below (though he uses a ViaVoice, so take note of that):

And for further proof of Version 3, here's a hidden Agent Magic page involving (or rather, the lack of) Version 3 updates. Pages 10 and 15 go over the first and second versions respectively, so there's that.

P.S. I also kind of cheated a little too by adding the proper states to the idle animations and fixing some branching in the Surprised animation since it branches to the wrong frames whenever it's given a sound in Agent Magic proper (a problem not exclusive to Version 3 by the way).
