"Then there's the CD-ROM releases of Vox Proxy which all haven't been archived whatsoever. These CDs contained extra characters not included with the Shareware download version."

There was a CD-ROM of VoxProxy, but Virtual Teacher Aide has terminated its business operations on 31 March 2011, meaning the CD-ROM cannot be purchased from the company anymore.

Okay, I just made the decision of purchasing version 4 of the Vox Proxy CD using Klarna, so there's that. You're welcome guys

Just got the CD today, and out of the 25 characters it provided, I only found two that have yet to have been archived on TMAFE, although both of them are E-Clip Animations characters, so there's that. Anyway, Debra and Gus are the two characters in question. I will likely use archive.org to upload the entire Vox Proxy CD, but feel free to download the two characters down below:
