''headpad' is designed to allow instantaneous creation of a Microsoft Agent Character from any picture.
The product is presently save disabled and does not include the routines for quaternion interpolation of the images colortable. This means that you would basically need to be running your computer at 256 colors to get working characters. As time permits, this application will be updated, but the user process is completed. Let me know if you like the way it works so far and I'll probably be encouraged to get it done.
